Piyush gets news that the office will be closed for a month since the office building has collapsed because of the torrential rains in the town. He is all set to party but his dream shatters as his new roommate Gautam wakes him up. It’s Monday. Dejected Piyush reaches the office. Seeing Angad, Shetty, Gautam totally engrossed in their interests, Piyush realizes that there has to be something wrong with him and that's why he is getting Monday Blues. Piyush gets a call from SoftTech for a new job. Will Piyush accept the offer?

It’s the appraisal day in the office. Megha reminds Piyush of his recent goof-up and he is asked how he would feel if he is assigned the bench. Piyush is heartbroken. Piyush is surprised that when he is told that Megha has recommended an A1 rating for him. Piyush is gutted. He has just exhibited his unprofessionalism by shooting a resignation mail and nobody knows it. Gautam and Piyush devise a plan. Will they be successful?
Piyush and Gautam notice that the exit interviews are going on for the employees. Piyush realizes that every employee is a cost as well as a resource. When the cost factor overpowers the resource factor, the employee becomes the liability and is given the pink slip. RDX has been given the pink slip. Though Piyush never liked RDX, he feels bad for him. Piyush surprises him as he runs an emotional slideshow of the RDX's old pictures.
