Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for MediaFlix Premium, our paid digital subscription. We want you to be confident before and after you subscribe.

Digital Subscriptions

MediaFlix Premium is a digital subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that unlocks additional discovery and tracking features in the Service. No physical goods are sold.

Payments Processed by Paddle

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, receipts, and applicable taxes. Refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method.

14-Day Refunds

If you are not happy with MediaFlix Premium, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund you in full. Renewal charges are refunded in full when you contact us within 14 days of the renewal date. Requests outside these windows are reviewed case by case.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Use the manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt, or email us at stevef7fywmrp@gmail.com. After cancellation you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at stevef7fywmrp@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Include the receipt or order number if you have it. Approved refunds are typically returned to your payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
