

Leopold Mozart takes his two sons on a musical tour throughout Europe, performing for various royal courts. The young Wolfgang causes a sensation everywhere they go.

Leopold takes young Wolfgang to Italy. There, Wolfgang begins to explore new forms of musical creation that are strictly contrary to his father's traditional tastes.

Wolfgang’s adult composing career is riddled with difficulties due to the selfishness, self-interest, and despotism of the system surrounding him. His emotional life is devastated by the painful loss of his mother.

His musical career continues to expand and grow, but his personal and married life begins to suffer greatly as a result of his wife's jealousy.
