Kibosh, ruler of the ghost world, decrees that Casper has failed to fulfil his ghostly duties. Unless he can terrify at least one person on Christmas Eve, he will be exiled to the land of the wicked ghosts. Can Casper's mischievous look-alike cousin save him from eternal darkness?
