Yong-ho is accused of being the hit-and-run driver and faces a fierce public backlash, while Jae-gyeong seizes the opportunity to force him out of the chairman position for good. Jun-hyeon joins Choiseong Group as an intern.

Determined to help Bang-geul, Yong Ho sets out in Jun-hyeon's body to uncover the twins' hidden stash of illicit funds. After successfully getting rid of Jae-seong, Jae-gyeong sets Managing Director Lee up and accuses him of trying to take over Choiseong. She calls an emergency board meeting and makes Bang-geul and Jun-hyeon fire 20 percent of the staff. In the meantime, she also makes a secret deal with Chairman Na.

After Chairman Kang’s death, Jae-gyeong openly moves to take over Choiseong Group. She also frames Seon-hee and Bang-geul for Chairman Kang’s alleged creation of slush funds. Determined to take Jae-gyeong down, Yong-ho pretends to betray Bang-geul and joins Jae-gyeong’s side.

Jae-gyeong finds herself on the verge of losing the Daesan Hydrogen Complex to Chairman Na under highly unfavourable terms.
