Born-and-bred Chelseaite Mark-Francis showed off his Italian heritage with a starter of risotto - with porcini mushrooms and white Alba truffles. His main of Ossobuco alla Milanese leaves Binky baffled, whilst he goes back to the 70s for dessert, with Sicilian lemon sorbet served in a lemon.

These vintage clips show the good, the bad and the downright ugly, with wannabe cooks and their menu mishaps ranging from pigs trotters for a main course to sausage trifle for dessert. Bad hosting includes the host who fell asleep, leaving her guests to do the cooking.
