Radhika is a naive homemaker and gets a scolding from a neighbor for drying clothes in the balcony. Gurunath is a successful employee but an unfaithful husband and is annoyed by Radhika's behavior. He deliberately taunts her attitude and language. Radhika invites Nana, an old cheerful person and her neighbour, to have breakfast. She requests a cab driver to drop off Gurunath at the airport, but he asks the driver to take him to another place. Shanaya, Gurunath's love interest, gets cozy.
Radhika informs Gurunath that Panvalkar has invited her for a party in the office. Gurunath lies to her that it is misinformation. Shanaya speaks evil against Radhika before Gurunath. He takes Shanaya for shopping. Nani, Nana’s wife, is a pessimistic lady. She scares Radhika by talking about the worst things. Panvalkar informs Radhika that the party was cancelled earlier but that it got confirmed and that she must attend it. Radhika requests Nani to handle Atharva, her son, in her absence.
Gurunath scares Radhika by saying that she may feel awkward if she attends the office party. He further tells her that the people attending the party are sophisticated and that she can’t interact with them in English. Nadkar and Kadam, Gurunath’s colleagues, gossip about him when he arrives. Shanaya tells Gurunath that they must leave early to get ready for the party. Radhika reaches the venue and Anand, Gurunath's friend, helps her find Gurunath. Gurunath feels embarrassed as she meets him.
Radhika introduces herself as Gurunath’s wife to Mr and Mrs Kapoor. Shanaya gets annoyed by her presence and leaves the party. Gurunath gets the most awaited promotion, and Radhika gives it to him. She requests that she wants to speak and then praises Gurunath’s hard work and abilities. Gurunath feels uncomfortable and leaves to find Shanaya. He convinces an upset Shanaya by sharing his promotion news. Later, Gurunath tells himself that everyone must be gossiping about him after seeing Radhika.
Radhika notices a lady’s purse and asks Gurunath whom it belongs to. He gets surprised and lies to her that it belongs to a lady from his office. When she starts questioning further, he scolds her for doubting him. Nani informs Radhika that Atharva has a fever. Gurunath hides the medicine and tells Radhika that he will buy it from the chemist. He requests Shanaya to consider his plight regarding Radhika’s arrival at the party. Later, Shanaya tells him that she needs an expensive gift.
Gurunath rebukes Radhika for touching his mobile. She asks him who is Shanaya and ridicules the name, and he reprimands her for doing so. Radhika tells him that if he has an extramarital affair, then she will severely punish the lady. Gurunath’s colleagues felicitate him, and Anand advises Gurunath over his amour. Shanaya disconnects Radhika’s phone calls on Gurunath’s mobile and also deletes her message. Later, Radhika and Atharva reach the same hospital, where Gurunath and Shanaya also arrive.
Radhika spots Gurunath in the hospital and asks him what he is doing there. He lies to her that he has to undergo a few medical tests. She informs him that she tried calling him and also messaged for telling about Atharva’s worsening health. She requests him to drop them home. Gurunath helps them in boarding a taxi. As the taxi breaks down, Radhika meets Mrs Kapoor, and she serves delicious food to Mr and Mrs Kapoor. Later, Gurunath insults Radhika over a phone call before Mr and Mrs Kapoor.
Gurunath tells Radhika to not invite anyone home for a meal without his permission. Radhika fixes the tap which he feels is broken. Afterwards, Gurunath phone calls Shanaya, and she tells him about her dream. She informs him that as there is no water supply in her building, she is visiting his house for taking a bath. Soon, Gurunath makes plans to send Radhika and Atharva outside. Further, Shanaya arrives and flirts with him. Later, Gurunath gets scared after seeing Radhika in the complex.
Gurunath insists Shanaya to rush and informs her about Radhika’s arrival. He asks her to hide behind the curtains. Radhika asks him about the lingering fragrance, but he lies to her. He rebukes her for forgetting the bill at home. Shanaya escapes but encounters Bakula, a maid, who asks Radhika in front of Gurunath if any girl has visited her. Gurunath insults Bakula and Radhika. Radhika asks him to drop her at the bus stop. Shanaya gets furious as he doesn’t pick her up and takes a drastic step.
Shanaya cries profusely, and Gurunath comforts her. He asks her where her earrings are. She remembers and tells him that she forgot it in his bedroom. Radhika sees the earrings, and Nani tells her that Gurunath must have given her a surprise gift. While Radhika wears the earrings, Shanaya insists Gurunath bring it back. He rebukes Radhika for wearing Shanaya’s earrings and lies to her that Anand has asked him to book these earrings online to gift his girlfriend. Later, Radhika feels upset.
