ACP Vikram hunts down missing people as his side job to support his gambling habit. He is asked to track down a certain Leena Thomas, and when she ends up dead, Vikram is the most obvious suspect!
While on the run from his colleague and nemesis Hooda, Vikram tracks down a journalist Divya who was doing an expose on Leena Thomas. He threatens her to reveal everything she knows. When they get attacked by a sniper, Vikram chases the shooter and recognises him. Hooda informs David that Vikram killed his mother Leena. David orders Hooda to bring him Vikram alive!
Vikram’s ex-wife Swati asks him to stay out of her life, as he is just a source of trouble and stress for her. Vikram is heartbroken to learn that she is seeing someone else.
