Agedama is a small boy going to elementary school and having the usual problems for a boy of his age. He is also secretly a superhero-in-training (called "Agedaman"). Along with Wapuro, his floating computer companion, he fights against a criminal organization who can turn humans into monsters of various types.

Landing in Morisoba city in Japan, Agedama enters East-Morisoba elementary school where he meets his crush, Ibuki Heike and the rich girl, Rei Kuki. But unbeknownst to Agetama, Rei comes from a wealthy family whose ancestry hails back to the grat Nottridamas the 11st (ノットリダマス11世) where his grand predictions are the key for world domination. Thus Rei (as the villainess "Onyomiko") and her grandfather use their Monster-Cooker to create a variety of chimera monsters to terrorize the city, and its up to Agedaman to save the day!
