In the heart of India's bustling capital - Delhi, chaos erupts as a series of deadly blasts rock the city. Realising Zarar’s truth, Nafeesa surrenders to the police and discloses that Zarar was in Bangladesh. Kabir along with Tara Shetty head to Delhi to seek permission from the Home Minister for a cross border operation to bring Zarar back.
Kabir travels to Bangladesh to find Zarar after receiving approval from the Home Minister. With the assistance of Jagtap and Rana, and a spectacular series of events in the pursuit of Zarar, Kabir ultimately succeeds in bringing back India's most wanted terrorist to his soil.
