Abortion rights disputes aren't just in the U.S. Former President Trump's "Global Gag Rule" required that foreign NGOs receiving US aid could not perform or promote abortions. Furthermore, the U.S. and some 30 nations signed the "Geneva Consensus Declaration," that states, "in no case should abortion be promoted as a method of family planning."
