Blamed by her father for failing to meet his expectations of being a good cheerleader and scorned by her sister for being too childish, Lucie is drawn to the attention of an attractive boy who promises her a night of excitement and revelry. At first, Lucie revels in her newfound abilities, intoxicated by the freedom and strength they bring. However, her initial excitement quickly turns to despair as her dream transforms into a nightmare.
